ILS replacement at Ireland West Airport Knock
01-Aug-2018Systems Interface, based in the UK, has been awarded a contract by Indra Navia to replace the end-of-life Instrument Landing System (ILS) on runway 26 at Ireland West Airport Knock.
Systems Interface will install and commission a Normarc 7000B ILS System supplied by Indra Navia with colocated DME, Middle and Outer Markers and Far Field Monitor and complete remote control and monitoring system.
Installation and commissioning of the 20-element Dual Frequency Localiser Antenna and the M-array Glidepath will take place in 2019.
