Systems Interface Limited was awarded the contract for this major “turnkey” project at City of Derry Airport for the Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a replacement Voice Communication System (VCS) and VoIP Emergency Voice Switch (the second installed in the UK), an Automatic Terminal Information Service (ATIS), along with full System Integration, Safety Case Production, Transition Planning, Project Management, and Training.

ATC Manager, Mr Michael Edwards, outlined “City of Derry Airport were extremely satisfied with the completed project and services received from Systems Interface; all necessary works were successfully completed within the specified timeframe without negative impact on the day to day operations of the ATS or Airfield Operations”.
The replacement Systems became Operational in March 2013.
